You may upload information such as child’s name or nickname, guardian contact info, medical information, notes or instructions, and photos. You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content, you grant KiddieTag a limited license to store, display, and use that content to provide the Service. You are responsible for any content you provide.

We may send you account notifications, security alerts, service updates, and subscription/billing messages via email, SMS, or push notifications.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KiddieTag and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; losses related to injury, missing persons, or safety issues; or data loss, service interruption, or unauthorized access. In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those cases, they apply only to the extent permitted.
You agree to indemnify and hold KiddieTag harmless from claims or damages arising out of your misuse of the Service, your uploaded content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may cancel your account at any time. After cancellation, your QR tags may stop functioning, and your data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or pose safety/security risks.
All KiddieTag logos, branding, designs, and software are owned by KiddieTag. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
We may update these Terms. When changes are material, we will notify you by email or via the Service. Updated Terms will include a “Last Updated” date. By continuing to use the Service, you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where KiddieTag operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
